Folcon SA de CV is a fully incorporated Mexican company that is 100% owned and run by ex-pat Canadians on the Emerald Coast of Yucatan, Mexico.

Folcon was set up to provide all of the services to our clients that we found so difficult to access when we started our project to retire to the sunshine and tranquility of Yucatan in 2005.

We now offer the services of a full team of Mexican professionals that are highly educated and qualified to deliver excellent service. They all speak English and Spanish. We have lawyers, accountants, architects, home and auto insurance experts, customs brokers, immigration specialists, access to medical practitioners, real estate salespeople, and even a veterinarian who makes housecalls.

As owners of the company, we come from over 40 years of construction and design experience in Canada, the United States, and, now, Mexico.

From this experience we offer the services of 15 local craftsmen with our professional supervision and guidance for your construction and renovation requirements.

We speak sufficient Spanish to ensure complete accuracy and satisfaction.

As a company, we have a huge sense of community with the local people and endeavour daily to help Canadians, Americans, and Europeans to fit in and feel as much a part of, or as comfortable in, as they wish.
